Butterfly valve RDJ

The ring throttle valves of the RDJ series are suitable as an intermediate flange solution for a wide variety of applications. The air and exhaust gas flaps are designed as standard for flanges PN6-16 according to DIN EN 1092-1. The robust flaps are used in a wide range of industries such as plant construction or ventilation technology.

The series is suitable for controlling both gaseous and liquid media and bulk materials. By using different materials, they can be approved as high-temperature flaps for maximum medium temperatures of up to +1,100°C. The temperature resistance depends on the operating pressure.
The butterfly valves are manufactured as standard in nominal widths from DN15 to DN1000. The leakage can be reduced in comparison to the design with the damper leaf penetrating through the installation of stop strips in the damper housing (possibly with a sealing insert).

The flaps can be actuated manually, electrically or pneumatically.

The flaps are manufactured individually according to your requirements. Corresponding special solutions are therefore also possible on request.
