Flange-type valve FD

The flanged butterfly valves of the FDB-LK series are suitable for a wide range of applications.
The air and exhaust dampers are designed as standard with flange bores acc. DIN 24154 R2 (DIN 86044) as standard. Alternatively, there is the possibility of a design according to. DIN 2631 - 2633 (PN6-16). The dampers are used in a wide range of industries such as plant construction or ventilation technology.

The series is suitable for controlling both gaseous and liquid media and bulk solids. By using different materials, they can be released as high-temperature dampers for maximum medium temperatures of up to +1,100°C. The temperature resistance depends on the operating conditions. The temperature resistance depends on the operating pressure.

The flanged butterfly valves are manufactured as standard in nominal sizes DN80 to DN1500. By inserting stop strips into the damper housing (with sealing insert, if necessary), the leakage can be reduced in comparison to the design with a swing-through damper blade.

The dampers can be operated manually, electrically or pneumatically.

The dampers are manufactured individually according to your requirements. This means that special solutions are also possible on request.
